Nothing To Wear

Your closet, inventoried.

Nothing To Wear is currently in private beta. The app is free while it is in beta, and it is invitation-only.

Most people own far more clothing than they can picture. Nothing To Wear builds a searchable inventory of what is already in your closet, so you can find the thing you own instead of buying it a second time.

What the app does

About the Gmail connection

Connecting Gmail is optional, and it is a separate step from signing in. Signing in to Nothing To Wear asks Google for nothing more than your name, email address, and profile photo.

If you do choose to import from email, the app requests read-only access to your Gmail (gmail.readonly) and uses it for exactly one purpose: finding clothing order confirmations so it can turn them into closet items. Your email is read in your browser and talks to Google's API directly. Message contents are not sent to our servers and are not stored. The access token is held in memory only and is discarded when you close or reload the app.

We do not use Gmail data for advertising, we do not sell it, and no human reads it. The full detail, including how to revoke access, is in the Privacy Policy.
